1. Service Description

suPlayPoll is a live polling and audience engagement platform for presentations, meetings, and lectures, operated by suPlay B.V. The service allows presenters to create interactive polls and participants to submit responses in real time.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to submit votes or otherwise manipulate poll results
  • Collect or store personal data of other participants without their consent

3. User Responsibilities

  • Presenters are responsible for the content of their polls and for managing participant access to their events.
  • Participants are responsible for the accuracy of any information they provide and for their responses.

4. Service Availability

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, suPlay B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The suPlayPoll service, including its design, code, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. Content created by presenters (poll questions, etc.) remains the property of the respective presenter.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Overijssel, The Netherlands.
